Two plans, one sentence each: Free sends 100 recommendations per billing cycle at no cost — with no billing at all; Fair costs 6% of the revenue of extra orders that demonstrably came through extra carts. Recommendations go only to existing customers, only for genuinely similar products (the UWG §7(3) similarity check runs before every send), and only with valid marketing consent in Shopify. Per-country status is shown in the compliance section on the home page. Your data stays isolated to your shop, encrypted at rest, and hosted in the EU; uninstalling deletes your customers’ personal data within 48 hours.
Every template is shown to you before anything is sent, and you approve the first batch yourself. You can switch tone (Sie/Du), exclude any product or category, mark pairs as “never recommend together”, tighten the frequency cap, or pause sending — anytime. The FAQ covers these in detail.
